7mm Heavy-Duty Interlocking PVC Garage Floor Tiles | Industrial Grade | UK Stock
Interlocking PVC tiles for home garages and light workshops. Cars, vans, trolley jacks and axle stands. Lay straight over concrete or old paint, no adhesive, drive on it the same day.
Why tiles, not a coating
Here is what an interlocking floor gives you over paint or epoxy.
The rigid tile spans cracks and pitting up to 3 mm. No levelling compound, no prep beyond a sweep.
Epoxy needs 72+ hours to cure. These click down in an afternoon and you can drive in that evening.
Virgin closed-cell PVC, rated −20 °C to +60 °C. Polypropylene tiles go brittle in a cold garage.
7mm Heavy-Duty Interlocking PVC Garage Floor Tiles
These are 500 × 500mm interlocking PVC floor tiles in 7mm thickness, made for home garages, workshops and light commercial units. They lay straight over concrete, painted floors or old coatings with no adhesive and no cure time, and oil, fuel and brake fluid wipe straight off. Choose a smooth or raised-disc finish.

Is 7mm right for you?
7mm suits home garages, cars, vans, motorbikes, trolley jacks and axle stands, and light workshops. The thinner profile also leaves more clearance under garage doors. If forklifts, HGVs or heavy machinery will use the floor, choose our 10mm Ultra Heavy-Duty tiles instead. Do not mix 7mm and 10mm tiles in one floor, as the height difference creates a step.
Laying the tiles
Sweep the floor, start in a corner and press the joints together. There is no adhesive, primer or curing, so the floor can be used as soon as it is down. The rigid tiles bridge cracks and uneven areas up to 3mm. Cut edge tiles with a utility knife and leave a 5mm gap at the walls. Read the full fitting guide.
Cleaning
Sweep and mop as needed and wipe up oil spills promptly. No sealing or waxing is needed.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
Will it take a trolley jack or axle stands?
Yes. Standard trolley jacks and axle stands work fine on these tiles.
My concrete is cracked and dusty. Do I need to prep it?
No. Sweep it and lay the tiles straight over bare or painted concrete. The rigid tiles bridge imperfections up to 3mm. No grinding, priming or moisture testing.
Will oil or brake fluid stain it?
No. Closed-cell PVC does not absorb fluids, so oil, brake fluid, coolant and fuel stay on the surface and wipe off.
Does it get slippery when wet?
No. The surface is R10 rated to DIN 51130, so it keeps its grip with water or oil on it.
What if I damage one tile?
Lift the surrounding edges, take the damaged tile out and click a new one in. No contractor and no curing.
Can I take it with me when I move?
Yes. There is no adhesive, so the tiles lift up and relay in your next garage.
